Well I do have to say definatly his show at the RAH as it was a long time since I have seen one of his concerts again, so yes his music gives me peace! It did give me much power to go further to help my mum in this time! And meeting him again after a long time so I could ask him for signing mum’s card, she was keeping this beautyful card with her till the end of time! He meaned a lot to her, she also kept going because of that I guess, thanks Matt! Much love & hugs XXX

Best memory of 2010 was seeing Matt in Vegas! My darling husband gave me the best b’day pressie trip to Vegas! When I booked the two nights in a row to see Matt – hubby wasn’t too impressed! But after the first night he soon changed his mind & couldn’t wait to go again! We were also lucky enough to meet Robin & Kelly Osborne!
I had been lucky enough to meet Matt twice before in Scotland – my friends think I am boardering on stalking!!! ha ha ha! They dont realise what a fantastic guy Matt is and how much he appreciates his fans! Love that he always takes the time to chat to you & gives such a lovely hug!!
Can’t wait to hear the new Album! Have a great time at the RAH! Dont think I will be able to talk hubby into that one… When is Australia going to make the cut!! x
Well, it was whirlwind year. I had never heard of Matt Goss until I saw Matt on television performing at the Palms New Year’s Eve December 2009. That one performance and I was hooked. I made it to Vegas later in January to learn he was leaving the Palms. As soon as I learned of his new venue at Caesar’s I booked tickets and went with a friend from DC. A surprise kiss on the cheek during the show nearly sent me to the floor. I went again in April and then returned in August with a group of girl friends. We had a front center table and had the most incredible time. I got to dance with Matt – woo hoo! Thanks for the memories, Matt! Good energy…

Well apart from the goose bumps at the RAH, I have to say my best memory is Matt’s appearance on BBC Breakfast with Susannah and Charlie. Matt comments on Susannah’s great legs – well she didn’t know what to do!! Then he muttered the immortal – I’m a red blooded male – don’t we know and love it – So looking forward to 2011!

Just back from Vegas with a couple of mates and have to say Matt was sensational !! I have seen him in Vegas and at The Royal Albert Hall and he just seems to get better and better !! We sat near the front and Matt made us feel really welcome. And my two mates, who were not sure about going, both said they had a great time and one of them, who has been to Vegas 35 times said it was the best show he has ever seen !! Hope to get back to Vegas soon and will definitely see Matt again !!

Best memory…Royal Albert was great…but just got back from Vegas where I took 10 UK lads to the show who though I was insane. They went mad…thought it was awesome. Met Matt after the show and spoke to him for ages, he invited us back as his guests the following night…even better. Matt thanks for the drink!! As another comment says above, you are a true gent and a very humble man for such unbelievable talent!

It has to be on the 23/07/10 my birthday in Vegas. All my dreams came true to finally meet Matt who had been my teen idol when I was a fan of Bros. To finally see him perform at Caesars Palace and to meet him after the show was an amazing experience that I will never forget. He was a true gentleman. Can’t wait to go back to Vegas and to see the show and Matt again. xXx

Well, clearly the show at RAH in October and more than that meeting him for the first time ever. It was short, just enough time for a picture but I will cherish that forever.
I want to thank Claire and Mags for pushing me to get this picture done, I’d never have had the guts to do it! 🙂
Seeing Matt perform at RAH with all my family with me was great. My wife is really into Gossy now and we can’t wait to go to Las Vegas this year for the first time and go to the Gossy Room. I’ve been a fan since ’88 and my proudest moment was that the Bristish press finally discussed Matt’s huge ability and started realising what a great artist he is! Here’s to an even greater 2011 mate.

June 2010, sitting in the hair salon in Caesars-feeling evey one of my 53 years! In walked Matt to chat with the girl doing my hair and I saw myself staring into the bluest eyes I had ever seen. The stylist asked if I knew who he was. Who doesn’t? I said my sister and I were hoping to see his show the following night and Matt told me to come as his guests. WOW!!! What a guy! I don’t think my sister believed me until we actually sat in Cleopatra’s Barge and the ‘Man’ was belting out EVIL, as only he can.
At the end of the show I introduced Matt to my twin sister and he said he was delighted to meet another set of twins. We even had our photograph taken with him. He certainly made two ‘old gals’ feel extra special. I’m back in Vegas in June (without my sister) and catching Matt’s show is top of my agenda.

2010 was pretty much my Gossy year. How can I choose one favorite moment??? I guess travelling to London to see Matt at RAH (http://twitpic.com/3mgoxp) or standing on the roof of the London Hotel near a firepit overlooking Sunset Blvd chatting about Duran Duran with him (http://plixi.com/p/28809562) or going to his surprise party in Hollywood (http://twitpic.com/3mgpc4) or Luke going to the Gossy Room and getting 2 really awesome “sandwich” pics (http://twitpic.com/3d570phttp://twitpic.com/3e4oa8)would all rank way up there but for the #1 moment Id have to pick my 40th birthday celebration in my home away from home, The Gossy Room! Thanks to some behind the scenes planning by my friends, I was treated to a wonderful Gossy night. From Matt singing to me during “The Day We Met” to my birthday cake adorned with a pic af me and Matt to a card signed by the whole cast, I thought it was the most wonderful night ever. When Matt came over to give me a hug and I told him I wanted him to sing to me, he took my hand and sang Happy Birthday to me in my ear. (http://plixi.com/p/28809562) The picture captures the moment perfectly. I dont think anything can top 2010 and all my favorite moments with Matt!

A friend and I saw Matt in Vegas in April. I had never heard of Matt before, however, the friend I was with recognized him from an article in a magazine in our hotel room and really wanted to go. I agreed to go along for the ride so to speak…I mean how bad could it possibly be…it is Vegas after all. When we got to the show my friend really wanted to sit up front and I reluctantly agreed (heaven forbid there was any audience participation!!!). I have to say that the show was fabulous from the first note to the last! I enjoyed every minute. Matt, you are a wonderful entertainer..and what a voice! As an added bonus Matt sang to me during one of his songs (OK…worst fears coming true here 😉 …don’t really like being the center of attention…but it was all good). We had a chance to talk briefly with Matt after the show. Thanks for being so kind Matt! I love that you hang out after the show and talk to the fans…what a wonderfully generous thing to do.
Often things are not as good as the first time you experience them but in September I had the opportunity to return to Vegas and take in the show again…and it was just as fabulous!

Where do I start??? In 2009 I thought I was the luckiest girl in the world to see Matt at the palms & getting my record breaking hug 😉 after 22 years but then in 2010 once RAH date was announced I knew where I would be. My beautiful friend Sarah offered my sis andrea & I a place to stay, flew to London on the morning of the gig a train journey later and luggage and all arrived at Matts hotel – a few minutes later he arrived in a cab so I slowly made my way over for a cuddle 🙂 (Matt hugs are the best) wished him good luck & left to get ready for what has to be the best gig I have EVER witnessed in my 34 yrs on this planet. I was lucky enough to get another cuddle in next day and also without thinking stuck my hand in his back pocket when we got pics taken 😀 – Matt you have been such a HUGE part of my life and I could never repay you for what you did for both me & my sis in Vegas. Everything you do is done with such a kind, caring and loving attitude and the love you show to fans is unique. Here’s to a bigger, brighter & exciting 2011. May all your dreams come true. Love you always & forever – your leprechaun ????

Loads of other little highlights though out the year as well, the getting excited waiting for news about the show, Tweets from Matt, seeing him back on UK TV again, all add to memories.
Can’t wait for this year & seeing what lovely things it has instore for Matt & hopefully it won’t be too long before he’s back home with us again for another show.

My favorite memory – seeing Matt perform at the Lounge at the Palms. I was with a big group of friends and enjoying the night!!! The show was amazing, as expected, but my favorite part was going on stage and taking my bra off for him!!! Probably more of an embarrassing moment, but at the time, I probably would have done anything just to stand next to him on stage! I got to meet him and Robin Antin after the show and it truly was the best night of my life!!! They are both so talented and super nice! I will always have that memory in my head like it was just yesterday. Now, I hope and look forward to running into Mr. Matt Goss everytime I’m in Vegas. Happy New Year Matt! And cheers to an even more successful year for you!!!! xoxo

My FAVORITE MEMORY of 2010… if not EVER… was my fiance proposing to me in the Gossy Room at Ceasar’s Palace during Matt’s show. Matt had a hand in pulling it off and the fact that he would do that for me, a fan, cemented his place in my heart! I have known many entertainers and I have never come across a more generous or kind soul than Matt! His band and dancers are some of the most talented people I have come across and the whole Gossy family have helped make lifelong memories and, for that, I will be forever grateful! And don’t get me started about the MGA! I have met more upstanding and caring people through our shared love for Matt and his music! Matt’s music and his extraordinary personality truly touches lives! As he says, Civility Costs Nothing! But it is priceless for those who have come to love him as his fans have! We love you Matt!!

Royal Albert Hall was without a doubt the best day of my year! I took my 8 year old daughter along with me, we got lost!!! eventually found the RAH and knew our hotel was behind it somewhere. We stopped for a rest and i parked my bum on my suitcase. Next thing i knew Matt pulled up!!! i couldnt believe it always wanted to meet him but never dared to dream i would!!! He was lovely and made a big fuss of my daughter!!! WOW. We met up with friends at the hotel and was great to meet so many MGA girls!!!!. The show was amazing!!! Thank you Matt for taking the time to talk to us and for makin such a fuss of my little gossy gal!!! x x x Cant wait to do it all over again in 2011! x x x

Having Matt back in the UK and meeting him again for the first time in 20 years was just what the doctor ordered. 2010 was a horrendous year for me personally and those few hours transported me back 20 years, to a time where all I had to worry about was having the money for a travel card to get to Maida Vale. Matt always has been, and continues to be, one of the most genuine people in the world of music and it was just fabulous to see him finally getting some of the recognition in the UK that he so rightly deserves – if anybody genuinely deserves success and recognition its Matt. Thank you and welcome back Matt, 2011 has your name all over it! x
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Matt on 4 different occasions –The memory that stands out the most was the weekend of Jan 23rd –
Matt invited 30+ people up to the Playboy Club at the Palms Resort after his show–
It didn’t matter if you were
1)blonde or brown haired
2)tall or short
3)skinny or full bodied
4)married or single
Matt showed the same kindness to every fan and that is the sign of a true gentlemen
Matt you have my respect and admiration always….

I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting him (Yet!), but one lasting moment that really meant a lot to me was when Matt comforted me back in May when I was stuck in a bad place. He told me to look to my horizon and good things will come to me, and he was right.
Thank you so much, Matt. You keep me flying even when I lose a few feathers 😉 xxxx

Where do i start? Matt is AMAZING, kind, sexy, charming and so so talented. 2010 was full of excitement, pride and good times! Seeing him perform at the RAH was the highlight of my year!! what a phenomenal night! My only regret was not being able to get hold of meet n greet tickets but receiving a direct message on Twitter from the great man himself left me buzzing and happier than if i’d won the national lottery. Bring on more success for Matt in 2011 and i’m definitely gonna be checking out 3 shows in a row when i’m in Vegas. Love you Matt and wishing you a happy, healthy and even more successful New Year xxxxx

I haven’t met Matt yet, but I hope next year will be the right year, I look forward another UK appearance. in the meantime I have 2 best MG memories for this year: one has been reading his beautiful book “more than you know”, the other one was listening to Firefly the first time: I needed those words in that moment, and that music (the normal version especially) stroke my heart so deeply. My husband and I listen to Gossy very often and it’s our favourite album. I wish all the best for next year to Matt and all his dearest with all my heart!
Seeing Matt perform at the RAH was the first time of seeing him in Concert and I was so excited, Matt is a amazing person, great voice, great songwriter and author and most important of all a lovely man.
Like everyone else I am so proud of him and just know that 2011 will be a sensational year for him and cannot wait to see him again at the RAH. God Bless you Matt and hope 2011 is every thing you wish for. x x

Having my Mum with me at the Royal Albert hall And i was very lucky i managed to get platinum tickets 🙂 Best show i have ever been to! Really Nice to see Matt in the flesh again and so so cute to see my little Mum getting a hug n kiss from Matt. Also the day after the concert i heard my Mum telling somebody on the phone ‘Wow it was amazing it was the loudest concert i’ve ever been to! then when i arrived home from work she popped her head around the corner of the drive with her hands in the air singing When will i be famous!!
I’m a very proud fan and so is my Mum 🙂

The Royal Albert Hall was best memory, i saved up and came over from dublin on my own. Met some great people. Originally from London myself was amazing to be back watching matt took me back to the Bros in 2summer 🙂 thanx for a fab nite matt. x
Welcoming Matt back to the UK at Heathrow in October was an amazing day!! As was seeing Matt perform at the beautiful venue of the Royal Albert Hall, and having the place going wild for his music! I’m so proud to be a fan and so proud of him for all he has achieved. Looking forward to more shows in 2011!
My personal favourite would be when he replied my request in a tweet in which he said I could do a cover of his song Gravity for my demo. I wasn’t actually a Bros fan years ago (sorry!) but his name came up a few times when he was promoted for the RAH so I paid more attention, listened to his new songs and was impressed at his raw talent. I know the RAH was important to him. Heard about the extended 3 year Caesars Palace contract and felt it was well deserved – hope to get to the Gossy Room myself in 2011. What a great fanbase he has (MrsKateG!) especially! Also an amazing management team.
All the best to all Gossy supporters for 2011 and Matt keep doing what you do best. Here’s to a healthy, successful and happy 2011. God Bless. Lots of love and best wishes, Sarah (@LondonMissSarah)

Watching Matt come alive on stage in the Gossy Room at Caesars in October – it made my holiday. What a talented and polite man he is x
Also the cheeky cuddle I stole from Matt while the other half left the room! Can’t get to Vegas anymore so roll on the London dates. I will have to make do with Matt singing me to sleep each night until then.
My best memory 2010 is October 19th in London in front of the RAH the first time I met Matt, it was a dream since the age of 15 years and then the concert with a Matt’s extraordinary performance. I’d never have believed that would come true. A great & unfogettable memory for always. Thank you still Matt for your kindness, your simplicity & for these wonderful moments !

Saturday the 8th must have been. At Caesars Palace, at the Gossy Room! / What a show! Never seen someone perform like that. “Evil” made my evening completely… Great greetings from the *Knuckles*-table! / Matt you are a king! En konge!
I have no memories about Matt because I didn’t ever meet him, but……I’m very happy that 2010 will be forever the best memory for Matt and for US,of course!…GO Matt…GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!….<3<3<3…..:))
I was proud of how brilliantly you handled that silly female Mel B introduced you to who asked “What do you do?” and “What kind of car do you drive?”
9/29/10 Started reading “More Than You know”. It changed the way I view myself & the world around me. I can never thank Matt enough. He is “the star that shines upon my soul”.
Well Matt if your reading all 45 comments above if ever you should feel insecure? U are truly loved, admired by a hell of a lot of peeps! including me! You are an Amazing Guy, handsome, talented too many to mention. Also for me waiting for 20yrs! to see you perform live @ RAH 19.10.10 was a Fantastic experience!!, loved every minute of it,can’t wait for May? 2011. So many people will want to meet you!!, hope to god I’m one!!of them, will try my best. Vegas would be Fab too (trying) Your a very special, unique man! and you make others feel special too 🙂 Xxx
I guess travelling to London to see Matt at RAH (http://twitpic.com/3mgoxp) or standing on the roof of the London Hotel near a firepit overlooking Sunset Blvd chatting about Duran Duran with him (http://plixi.com/p/28809562) or going to his surprise party in Hollywood (http://twitpic.com/3mgpc4) or Luke going to the Gossy Room and getting 2 really awesome “sandwich” pics (http://twitpic.com/3d570p http://twitpic.com/3e4oa8)would all rank way up there but for the #1 moment Id have to pick my 40th birthday celebration in my home away from home, The Gossy Room!
ALl my memories of Matt have been good ones as well as being a Matt fan they bring me fond memories of my dad who passed 12 years ago, fab times, fab years and very very fond memories of Embankment, West End, Maidavale, too many to mention but all wonderful memories!!!! Love ya mate ;0) xxx
it has too be the RAH just fantastic i loved it it such a massive highlight for us too be there cant wait for the next uk show i will be there and next time i shall get too meet matt again in person
RAH in October!!!!
Matt performing at the Royal Albert Hall was one of the best nights of my life! Absolutely amazing performance, and the remixed version of WWIBF was awesome! Looking forward to the next UK show. XXOOXxx
Getting 2 tweets from Matt made my day but the best memory has got to be going to the Royal Albert Hall with my husband to watch Matt do his show it was an amazing night that i will never forget, an evening with my two favourite men…my hubby and Matt Goss…what more does a girl need? x x
When I saw luke in Hellboy, I started following him, Read luke book, and discovered Matt, I ordered matts book, read it , looked him up on my computer, found matt and his music , and fell in love, and hes a real genteman to, maryanna
Has to be the Royal Albert Hall show – my first time seeing Matt sing live & what an amazing venue to see my first MG show at. Loved every minute of that night!!
Here’s to another great MG year!!! love you Matt xxxxxxxx
The Royal Albert Hall concert. It was brilliant. Can’t wait for the next one.
Being lucky enough to go 2 vegas for my 40th birthday and watch matts show memorial day wkend, will stay with me forever. It was amazng to see matt perform again after many years. Couldnt get 2 Rah but wont miss your 2011 uk show. Thank u robin for bringng matt back 2 life and back doing what he does best. X
matt I wish you and your family a very good year 2011
Hanging at Rita’s Tequila House on Bourbon Street. What an unexpected treat that turned out to be. Happy New Year!
as the only man on here so far i would like to say what a true gent matt goss is! I went to the gossy room to see matt for my 40th birthday with my wife 17/12/10 the show was amazing and finished with matt inviting my wife and i up on stage with him for the final song! he later invited us for drinks after the show with a birthday bottle of champagne my photo`s are priceless and made my 40th a real night to remember! Mr Matt Goss you are a rare breed and have the qualities of a true star thank you!
Thank you Matt for taking the time to talk to us and for makin such a fuss of my little gossy gal!!! x x x Cant wait to do it all over again in 2011! x x x
Extending my stay in Vegas to see the intimate show at Ceasers and to top it off actually getting to speak to Matt after the show! It is certainly a highlight of 2010 as I am still talking about it to my friends ?
Karen
Looking forward to hopefully seeing Matt again in 2011
The Royal Albert Hall was best memory, i saved up and came over from dublin on my own. Met some great people. Originally from London myself was amazing to be back watching matt took me back to the Bros in 2summer 🙂 thanx for a fab nite matt. x
hello, quand Matt a chanté l hymne, et aussi pour la video de firefly, est aussi que la chanson soit numero un des club .bonne année a tous
Meeting Matt, Robin, Mecca, Angela and the gang this summer at Caesars and singing on stage with Matt. Great guy and a super talent.

Probably a tie between seeing the show for the first time in Vegas with a good friend…or on a return trip to see him with my parents on a special Birthday trip for my Mom. Probably have to go with Mom on this one 🙂 Thanks for some great and memorable shows in Vegas! on to 2011+++!!!
Having all my close family join me in Las Vegas Memorial Day Weekend (May 30) to see Matt at Caesars Palace. My Mom, sister and myself had our photo taken with Matt..I had always dreamed of us seeing him together.
My favourite memory was meeting Matt again on 17th October at his hotel and seeing him perform again at the Royal Albert Hall 🙂 such a lovely nice guy xxxxxx
The FAMOUS video that plays at Planet Hollywood Hotel!!!
The royal Albert Hall-it was a moment I had dreamt of for over twenty years. Also taking my 12 year old daughter and watching her enjoy Matts amazing performance
Meeting the man I have adored for 23 years. Then experiencing him blow the roof off the Royal Albert Hall. Also receiving a direct message off him via twitter following some bad news. He is such an amazing guy. Xxxxx
My first concert in RAH – Matt’s Show.
It is still my big memory…….
I only wish i could pick one … It’s been an AMAZING year as a Gossy Girl and of course for the Man Himself!
19.10.10 is for me The Date in Gossy History and to be part of that will stay with me Forever!
My trips to Vegas … how could any of them not be up there in my favourite memories … They ALL are!
Matt’s Success, what can I say … A 3 year extension at Caesars Palace! A very proud moment all round I think!
FireFly … still and will always touch my soul. I don’t really do faithvery well but this song from the 1st time I heard it was a moment I will NEVER forget. I wear the tattooed lyrics with pride … Along with my Gossy Girl Smile … Everyday is a Gr8 Memory!!
Matt Goss ~ My Diamond Geezer, Keep Believing, Keep Doing, Keep the Faith that Keeps You Strong! My Love, Respect & Thanks to You Always.
Kate (MrsKateG) x X x
Everything to do with the show at the RAH was a huge highlight for me. Meeting Matt before the show was amazing. A lasting memory 😀
The Gossy Room, Caesar’s Palace, Vegas, April 2010! http://twitpic.com/1eyayf
